The pistol is equipped with SIGLITE front night sights and removable night sight rear plate, and manual safety. These pistols also feature an ambidextrous manual safety, and are optics ready.
The P320 M18 Carry is only compatible with the SIG Romeo1PRO and Deltapoint PRO.
