Original Item: First introduced in 1938 the DShk Heavy Machine Gun became one of the most powerful MGs in WW2 and continued after the war when upgraded to the M38/46 specification. It’s strange, almost insect-like, appearance was enhanced by this very distinctive muzzle brake to the leading end of the barrel which is quite unmistakable in most period photographs of almost every conflict worldwide since WW2.
IMA has stumbled over a very small quantity of these rare accessories and we are offering these for the first time to the collector’s market.
