Introduced in the late 90s and manufactured for about a decade, the Winchester 70 Heavy Varmint is a bolt-action rifle with a heavy barrel. This model is chambered in 308 Win and sports a rail ready for optics. It is accurate, dependable, and a pleasure to shoot. Overall, this Model 70 is in very good condition, with some wear on the floor plate and recoil pad and pitting on the receiver gas port.
