The MkW ANVIL platform is designed to properly handle calibers with large casing diameters and significant bolt thrust. While the bolt carrier group is based on CMMG’s Mk3, the unique lower receiver is designed to accept AR15-sized magazines. The receivers are made from 7075-T6 aluminum and each rifle comes with a 10-round magazine.
