Original Imperial German WWI Model 1916 Inert Training Stick Grenade – Übung Stielhandgranate

Original Item: Only One Available. This is an extremely rare excellent example of a practice training M1916, M16, or Stielhandgranate 16 (“stalk/stick hand grenade”) German Stick Grenade, often called a “potato masher”. They are officially termed Übung Stielhandgranate, which literally means Exercise Stick Hand Grenade. This grenade is completely inert as specified by the BATF, and cannot be converted to an explosive device. It stands 14 inches tall with a 4 1/2 inch long inert explosive head. These are exceptionally rare far more difficult to find than the usual WWI versions.
