Original Item: This M1942 pouch is slightly larger than the M1924. It was necessary to enlarge the pouch to fit the later bandages that were packaged in cardboard boxes rather than the tin. Worn on a standard GI pistol belt. Most still have a visible U.S.” marking on the front and some wartime manufacture marking and/or WWII dates. This model is not large enough to hold the later dressings in the cardboard boxes. All show some wear and age, but overall in good condition.
Please choose hand select for visible ink markings.
