Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice genuine World War II M1926 French Army Combat Engineer “Adrian” helmet shell, which looks to have seen long service. The helmet retains the original olive green paint and has the original RF (République Française) marked Engineer’s badge attached to the front. The Engineer or Pioneer units were responsible for clearing battlefield obstacles and making other preparations in the field. Unfortunately the entire lining is missing, as well as the spring loaded attachment points.
