The Sig Sauer P228 is considered to be one of the first modern “compact” pistols. It is a scaled-down variant of the P226 and was the inspiration for the popular P229.
This pistol is a police trade-in. It is cosmetically worn from years of duty use with slight finish wear on the slide near the muzzle and rear iron sight, small, light scratches on the slide, and nicks and scratches on the frame. Despite the imperfections, this is still a trustworthy pistol for personal protection or range use.
Double-action-only. Made in West Germany.
One 13-round magazine included.
