Description
The Springfield Armory M1903 is a bolt-action battle rifle that first saw service during World War I. This Model 1903 Mark I is rated in good condition. It has some finish wear on the wood and some surface rust and pitting on the trigger guard, magazine plate, bolt, and receiver. According to the serial number (1066257), this rifle was manufactured in 1919, but it was re-barreled in 1944. It has the original S-type stock with no grooves, the original receiver-mounted front tangent sight, and it was not repurposed to the 03A3 configuration.
