Description
First introduced in 1912, the Winchester Model 12 has seen widespread use by hunters and sportsmen alike for the bulk of the 20th century. This pump-action 12-gauge shotgun has a 2 ¾” chamber and a barrel that has been shortened to 20″ with a bead added. The barrel is marked as modified. According to the serial number (428747), this Model 12 was manufactured in 1926. It is in fair condition. The receiver is pitted, and the barrel has some scratches and heat marks at the base. The wood is also worn with marks and has chips, with a piece of wood inserted into a larger chip at the bottom of the stock. A newer recoil pad has been installed on this shotgun.
